About Julian Bodnar

meJulian Bodnar has been engaged in the general practice of law in Saskatchewan and Alberta for over 25 years. His practice focus has been to extensively represent farm interests on matters of agriculture and the environment, and in oil and gas, surface rights, utility acquisitions and expropriations. He is known for his steadfast representation of his clients to ensure their interests are addressed fairly and equitably. To the fullest extent possible he strives to have their interests acknowledged through negotiations and settlement resolutions, without the need for formal litigation procedures. He is also designated to practice collaborative law.

His personal circumstances have also lead him to take interest on the topic of disability where he has developed new perspectives on its meaning in society. Through RethinkingDisability he presents speaking engagements and workshops on the topic of disability. Apart from his law practice, he is a naturalist, professional speaker, husband, father of four, and a friend to a dog, aka Molly the dog-in-law.
